This fun piece was a blind contour drawing. As a child of the 80’s, my family and my grade school art teachers were all big on blind contours after reading ‘Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain’, but I hadn’t really done one since high school. There’s a visceral truth to it, you know? It almost feels more ‘real’ than the continuous contour I did a few days ago.
