Spray paint and stenciled spray paint on 24″ x 24″ wood
I was playing with a couple different techniques on this piece. The first one was by spraying different colors within each stencil. I don’ know why I never thought to do that, but it’s a total no-brainer. The second was that I would wait until the paint got gummy and then I would place some poster board over it and then pull it away, revealing layers of paint below. It started as an accident, to be honest, but I loved the effect so much I did it with each layer.
